Providence Business News seeks candidates for CFO awards
PROVIDENCE – Providence Business News is seeking candidates for its first Chief Financial Officers awards program.
Applicants must be a top financial executive of their company or divisional office – CFO, comptroller/controller, vice president of finance, treasurer, etc. – in Rhode Island and Bristol County, Mass. Self-nominations are accepted; deadline for applications is Feb. 24.
The categories are:
Private companies
- Large (more than 150 employees)
- Mid-size (75-150 employees)
- Small (fewer than 75 employees)
Public companies with local:
- Corporate headquarters
- Divisional offices
Nonprofits
- Social services, charities and foundations
- Higher education, health care, other
Government and quasi-government
Lifetime Achievement Award
Winners will be announced in early March and honored at the CFO awards luncheon on March 31 at the Providence Biltmore.
